Please find below our shop policies. All hirees will be issued with our hire policies upon enquiry
In stock items are shipped in 1-2 business days.
The majority of our cloths are made to order and as such have a lead-time of around 3 weeks before they're ready to send. The lead-time of each product is listed in each description in the shop.
Please note all small international orders are sent via standard Royal Mail international post (5-7 working days transit time). Larger orders are sent via tracked 2-3 day courier service.
UK orders are sent either via Royal Mail or 3-5 day courier, unless otherwise agreed.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
In stock items can be exchanged, return postage to be paid by the buyer.
No return on custom orders or made to order items.
WE CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Any import fees that may apply if shipped to another country
Any shipping delays
Items sent to the wrong address. We ship to the address supplied during checkout
If a parcel is returned because of any of these reasons, we will not be liable for any further fees required to re-send the parcel
