Please find below our shop policies. All hirees will be issued with our hire policies upon enquiry

SHIPPING

 

In stock items are shipped in 1-2 business days. 

The majority of our cloths are made to order and as such have a lead-time of around 3 weeks before they're ready to send. The lead-time of each product is listed in each description in the shop.

 

Please note all small international orders are sent via standard Royal Mail international post (5-7 working days transit time). Larger orders are sent via tracked 2-3 day courier service.

 

UK orders are sent either via Royal Mail or 3-5 day courier, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

 
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

In stock items can be exchanged, return postage to be paid by the buyer. 

 

No return on custom orders or made to order items.

WE CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Any import fees that may apply if shipped to another country

  • Any shipping delays

  • Items sent to the wrong address. We ship to the address supplied during checkout

  • If a parcel is returned because of any of these reasons, we will not be liable for any further fees required to re-send the parcel
